Amir Ali Javadian was born in 1957 in Isfahan. He graduated from the Faculty of Fine Arts in 2004 and has obtained a PhD in Art. Javadian started his photography career in 1979 in the field of art, and in 1981, he went to the battlefields as a photographer for the Islamic Republic of Iran News Agency, and since the war, he has been the main subject of his photographs. Until 1986, Javadian was continuously present in fronts and military operations such as the conquest of Khorramshahr, the conquest of Ramadan, and so on. From that time until today, Javadian photographs of war events have won awards and top positions at various festivals. After returning from the war, Javadian went to university and after studying in art schools, he became a professor and for two years he was the director of the photography department of Tehran Azad University. In addition to Iranian fans and audiences who have always been interested in Javadian works, his photographs have been exhibited in France, Germany, Algeria, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, etc., and he has received international awards from UNESCO, Japan, Syria and China.
