Born in 1342 / Tehran. He completed his bachelor's degree in painting and master's degree in graphics from Tehran University and Tarbiat Modares University. After graduating and creating works of art, Sharifi taught at the universities of Tehran, Al-Zahra and Shahed; He is currently a member of the faculty of the Faculty of Arts at Shahed University. During his years of artistic activity, Sharifi has been a member of textbook planning councils, an artistic advisor for films and television programs; Director of the Graphic Center of the Center for Intellectual Development of Adolescent Children; Artistic director of "Iran" newspaper; He has been a member of the jury and secretary of various art festivals and events, such as judging in the graphic section of children's and youth book festivals. Seyed Hamid Sharifi has actively participated in individual and group exhibitions in Iran and abroad, as well as participating in national and international art competitions, and has won numerous awards and plaques, including: Best Stamp Design Award in 1992 in Iran - Empathy with Bosnia and Herzegovina - and Won the international competition "The Collapse of Communism".
