Taher Sheikholhokamayee Birth in 1921 / Kazeroon He holds Bachelor Degree in Sculpture major. He also received honorary diploma and trophy from the 6th International Visual Arts Festival and awarded honorary doctorate in sculpture from the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance. He has been instructor at art colleges, associate member of the faculty of Fine Arts of Tehran university, member of the board of selection council, judge of painting Festivals and events, Chairman of the board of directors at the Association of Iranian’s Sculptors, expert and advisor of the volumetric council organization of Beautification of Tehran municipality. He also has participated in domestic and international exhibitions, designed and constructed statues for dozens of national and international festivals, published articles in various art publications, has designed and constructed several memorabilia in Iran. He designed and made the 7th Fajr International Film Festival’s sculpture “golden butterfly” and the sculpture of biennial festival in Kuwait. He has received awards, honors from national and international festivals and symposiums. He designed and made the memorial statue of "prohibition of chemicals weapons" and "martyr Dr. Chamran" in the Netherlands and Lebanon.
