Kazem Chelipa was born in 1957/ 1336 in Tehran. He completed his bachelor and master's degrees in Painting at Tehran universities and Tarbiat Modares and got his PhD in Art Research from Shahed University. During the years of his activity and creation of works of art in scientific-artistic societies and festivals and artistic events, Has always had an active presence, Among them: faculty member of Shahed University of Arts, lecturer of art faculties, honorary member of the Baku Painters' Association, participation in art competitions and winning numerous awards and plaques, participation in dozens of domestic and foreign individual and group exhibitions. The winner of the Japan International Fine Exhibition and the Golden Brush is one of the dozens of awards won by Kazem Chelipa.
