Touba Rajabali was born in 1970 in Tehran. He has a master's degree in painting from Soura University and a bachelor's degree in printing from Tehran University of Applied Sciences. Touba Rajabali started his artistic activity in 1993 and since 2005 he has been creating paintings and gilding in the school of painting of Professor Mohammad Ali Rajabi.
