Gholam Hossein Amirkhani is one of the contemporary Iranian artists and calligraphers. He went to high school with work, in free classes, and then began to study the art of calligraphy, and with a lot of practice in this field, he excelled. He has a strong hand in writing Nasta'liq calligraphy, large and small, and an exemplary and extraordinary skill. Many consider him the greatest Nasta'liq writer today. Amirkhani was a student of masters such as Seyed Hossein Mirkhani and Seyed Hassan Mirkhani in Nastaliq script. In addition, he practiced the calligraphy of old masters such as Mir Emad al-Hassani, Mirza Kalhor, Emad al-Kitab, Ali Akbar Kaveh and several others. Amirkhani has his own style of calligraphy in Nasta'liq, which is favored by many calligraphy masters. Gholam Hossein Amirkhani has organized dozens of solo and group exhibitions at home and abroad, including the United Kingdom, France, Pakistan and Syria.
