Parviz Eskandarpour Khorami was born in 1338 in Tehran. He completed his bachelor and master's degrees in painting from Tehran University and Tarbiat Modares University, and then received his PhD in Art Research from Shahed University in Tehran. Teaching in different levels of art faculties of Tehran, Al-Zahra, Soura, Mashhad, etc .; Author of books such as Khatai and Islamic flowers and signs; Judging art competitions and festivals; Holding solo exhibitions and participating in domestic and foreign exhibitions is part of Eskandarpour's activities in the field of Scientific-artistic and cultural of the country. By participating in art competitions, he has received awards and commendation plaques, including being selected for the third biennial of painting. The design and technical and artistic supervision of the shrines and semi-shrines of the courts of the Imams in Karbala, Najaf, Kazemin and Damascus is another part of Parviz Eskandarpour Khorami's activities.
