Aref Amrollahzadeh was born in 1992 in Kerman. He studied miniature until his bachelor's degree and works in the field of calligraphy and graphics. From 2001, he started his artistic activity in earnest. He is the chairman of the Kerman Governor's Young Advisors Council and is the founder of the Kerman Calligraphy House. So far, he has won first place in 9 national competitions and festivals, and in the International Festival of Youth Visual Arts in 2012 and 2017, and his works have been published in student magazines and books of the Festival of Youth Visual Arts. "Amrollahzadeh" has a history of participating in more than fifty solo and group exhibitions in Iran, Spain, Portugal, Qatar and Oman and has held training workshops in Tehran, Shiraz, Bandar Abbas, Kerman and Spain and Portugal. He started learning calligraphy in Nasta'liq in 2003 and was trained professionally by a philosophical professor in 2007. Continuing his calligraphy activities, due to his interest in painting and the world of colors, he chose the field of calligraphic painting and has been following this field seriously ever since. He knows success in how he conveys his feelings to the audience, when the audience can have a good emotional interaction with his works, he has succeeded. Creates his works improvised and focuses on form and colors. Each person can have different perceptions of these works according to their own mentality. According to him, he does not use digital techniques, only occasionally uses graphic software for initial designs and etudes. Before going to primary school without being able to read, he was interested in writing and started writing at the age of nine. He likes to be completely free when creating a work of art and to devote all his energy to work. He is more interested in visual reading and sometimes reads art history books. Previously, the atmosphere of his works was more traditional and now he is studying and combining modern spaces with traditional Iranian paintings. He pays attention to the artistic aspect of his work and does not consider it to be merely decorative. He believes that while doing the work, when the artist's mind is free from any worries, the best possible thing will happen in the work of art.
