Mahdi Farrokhi was born in 1980 in Torbat-e Heydarieh. He completed his education in the diploma of literature and during his years of artistic activity, he succeeded in receiving the first degree of art degree - equivalent to a PhD - in the field of miniature from the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance. Farrokhi was introduced as an artistic elite in the National Elite Foundation with his creative innovation in the art of miniature and the invention of the new style of " neo-paintings"; In 2008, the method of " neo-paintings" was registered in the National Library of Iran. Mahdi Farrokhi's works show the will to change and have special and innovative features in the art of miniature; A clear example of the transformation and possibility of the evolution of Iranian painting on the context of social changes. The devotion of the heart to the Ahl al-Bayt (AS) is quite evident in his works and a large part of the most important Farrokhi paintings - as a gift - are kept in the museums of Astan Quds Razavi and Hazrat Masoumeh (AS). Mahdi Farrokhi is the creator of works with themes such as martyrdom, self-sacrifice, love, friendship and eternal ideals, patriotic and social ideals, and his kind of attitude towards the concepts and themes of social day has distinguished his works from other painters of his time. Teaching in Sura and Shahed universities; Compilation and preparation of the books "On the Wings of the Sky", "In the Spring of the Sun" and "The Theology of Lovers"; Judge and secretary of festivals; Holding solo exhibitions and attending domestic and foreign group exhibitions is another part of Farrokhi's activities in the fields of Scientific-artistic and cultural. By participating in art competitions, he has won more than twenty selected and top titles from national and international festivals.
