Naser Palangi Born in 1957 / Hamadan He completed his studies in bachelor's and master's degrees in painting from the Faculty of Fine Arts of University of Tehran and Tarbiat Modarres University. Palangi is a co-founder and head of Soore University and the Faculty of Arts at Shahed University, and has been teaching art, painting and sculpture at art colleges for many the years. His artistic activities include: holding the Women's Exposition (photography and design) in the Iran-Iraq War at the Gallery of the Australian College of Art (2008); photographs, media and paintings at the Singapore History Museum (2008); Twenty Years of Artwork Review including photographs, collages and paintings at the Museum of Contemporary Art in Isfahan (2008), and attending several national and foreign group exhibitions. Participating in international and national art competitions, he has received awards and certificate of appreciation such as the Art Award Ceremony for drawings and drawings by the Islamic Art Center, the Collage Photography Certification by the Chinese Organizing Committee, the first prize of the International Art Competition (Safe Shrine) by the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance, the art certification for mural (Khorramshahr Mosque) by the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance and the Special Award for the third biennial of contemporary Iranian art competition. The mural of the Khorramshahr Mosque during the Iran-Iraq war is among the most famous works of Nasser Palangi, which was repaired and by him later.
